Counter-Terrorism?

Disclaimer: This is all in relation to counter-terrorism efforts. In no way am I giving sweeping discussion on any of three as far as it relates to other topics. The biggest thought is that we have to be direct and can't just use generalizations that don't fit all problems.

Guns:
I've said it 8 billion times and it's not rocket science but the President says it better in the link at the bottom.
1. No one wants your guns
2. If you want the bad guys to lose guns and good guys to keep guns then you have decide who the bad guys are and who the good guys are.
3. We must agree that all are bad by actions and not by beliefs, therefore if we are going to label radical Islam as bad guys then radical Christians must be labeled the same. We decide that if you join a terrorist group that preaches hate such as ISIS, Al-Qaeda, KKK, AFA, Westboro Baptist and all then begin researching terrorism or planning an attack then you give up your right to purchase and own a gun.
3. We can already decide who is who by our systems we just have to give either the FBI or CIA or whoever the opportunity to use it. (Note this was the problem in the Orlando case, all data but no authority to act nor a system to block him from purchasing). Which is BS because currently if you buy or sell too much damn weed you can lose your gun rights forever.
4. So you need to know when they decide to buy a gun. Currently, if you want to drive a car - you take a test and get a DL. If you want to drive a bigger vehicle, you take a harder test and have more checks to get a CDL, if you want to drive a motorcycle that does different things you take a separate test and get that license.
5. There are enough guns for every man woman and child, no way to really retroactively make people get a gun permit after the fact, therefore this becomes a new law going forward. If you plan to purchase new guns going forward or to banister your gun in public then you have to be licensed. If you have a license for handgun, buy all you want, you have a license for AR-15 buy all you want, and etc.....
6. Criminals will still break laws, again - this is too target most terrorism attacks and give opportunities and liberties to local law enforcement to curb large city crime as well. You bring your gun to town, just be licensed. You want to have your gun at home or in your woods or on the farm (private property), then no licensed needed. You are a competition shooter or enthusiast, then will have a special licensee for you too. You just want to walk up and down the city streets with a gun, then you'll need a license.

Religion:
1. People inherently believe they are good and they are right.
2. Nothing will change for anger, hate and love as long as people that have anger and hate believe that the afterlife is better than the current life. People have used the Bible, Quran and Book of Mormon to continue to believe they are right and they are doing the right thing to get them into whatever pearly gates dream is there for them after death. Some use a gun, some use policy and some use speech - all in the name of their religion and its glorious place on the hill.
3. I am fine with calling this recent shooter a radical Islamist if you are fine with calling Governor Bryant a radical Christian. They both use religion for hate and anger towards someone other than themselves. Side note: no one ever says radical atheist - my peeps in the all clear.
4. I prefer we get rid of all of them but most of you do great things and are great people. If your faith drives you to do that, then great, what I do care what drives you. Just hope you leave it all out on the field here.
5. I hate it we don't treat people here like this is all we got together.
6. This all leads to the next.

Foreign Policy:
1. People inherently believe they are good and they are right.
2. People in other countries only know what they see on their tv and what they feel in their neighborhoods just as we do here.
3. You can't bomb people into your beliefs. That's actually counterproductive. See today's results based on all actions since I was born (1981).
4. Did you want Obama to declare War on Orlando? or did we declare war on Timothy McVey during OKC? or you just want someone dead because he wanted someone dead? See where I am going with this.
5. Be careful to whom you wish to kill unless you are willing to pull the trigger.
6. Please don't pull the trigger.

This is long but all I ask is that you comment with actual realistic solutions. Please don't Trump this shit up by just bitching about the problem or complaining about my actual solutions - have answers of your own. The other option is just to carry on with the plan in place - ultimately one bad person and 50 good people dead are small compared to the 319 million people we have nationwide. I'd rather they still be here though.
